The majority of events that promote photographic cultural heritage take place in different cultural institutions. We came to an idea to bring this heritage closer to people. Carte de visite is a project where we exhibited a collection of 100 years old photographs at the main city square. We let people examine the photos themselves and told them the stories behind the pictures. People were quite intrigued by the photos and tried to find a connection between the scenes from the photographs and the present time. Some of the visitors had their own stories to share. We were happy to hear them.
